the sizing chart is for the custom sewn sizes. They are oversized slightly. 

they will match identically to the one pictured. To get it to size, it’s cut to size from a larger sweatshirt. The same arm cuffs, neck band and bottom band are still used. Custom sewn ones will take slightly longer, but should be a week or so to get tracking.
